"Air pump doesn't work ..Takes your money but doesn't work .. Rep at counter refused to refund the 2 dollars and said I had to call the number on the pump (The pump at YOUR STORE)for a refund..Called and had to wait 15 minutes on hold to get a 2 dollar refund... Also they didn't even go out and put an out of order sign on it . Is this how you always treat your customers at this store ? Do better UDF. ( I was at the store on the corner of Hamilton Ave and Kemper Rd on 7/5/23 at around 1:55pm)"
"Went in at 10 pm. Doors were locked. Then was let in and was told I could not get served ice cream. No one wants to work anymore. For a Saturday evening, and a place that closes at 1am they were all setup for close at 10pm."
"I'd give this place a 5 star but rhe customer service is just blah. Like I know work is not the best and trust me I've worked in fast food or places like udf (speedway,target,jc foodstore). That being said I know some customers can be let's say not so nice. However I still always smiled and greeted every customer that I could coming in. The people working up here are just never happy AT ALL EVER it seems. Other then that it's a pretty good UDF."
