"Went in to get donuts and had horrible customer service. The cashier didn’t offer any kind of greeting and didn’t even want to talk. She just stood there looking at me like I’m supposed to read her mind. Then after getting my order together she handed it to me without saying a word. No hello, no thank you, no smile, nothing. If you can’t be any friendlier than that, perhaps you should find another line of work. Bonus…The display case is absolutely filthy and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in days. Called the number provided in comments here and spoke to someone about my experience, and haven’t heard from anyone. UPDATE: Obviously the replies are generated. Even after stating the above, I couldn’t get a genuine response from an actual person. Way to go, Tim Horton’s!"
"I ordered online I got a bagel B.EL.T.. What I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel, the price difference alone is reason enough to get upset. But to top it all off my egg was green. I do not like green eggs and ham sam I am..they also forgot half my order. How do you forget a dozen doughnuts, and two coffees? Tim Hortons in Waverly is garbage."
"Employees dont seem to care about customers. Food is very thrown together, coffees taste watery and plain. I know fast food jobs can suck, i used to do fast food for a long time, but even on my worst days id at least make sure the foods/drinks were made the way they were suppose too and at least responded to the customers. Asked for an iced latte and it took 2 people to ask me if i wanted a latte or a coffee, i was confused. I made sure say thanks before i left incase they were having a bad day because i get it, but no response. And the employees did not look clean, one girl had blood on her face, or a sore of some sort. I get it, it happens but the other employees should tell her so she can have a few moments in the restroom to wash up. As like most places, its bad managment, which leads to bad customer service, low pay so the employees dont get motivation and then it leads to bad products. If youre gonna go, stick to the dougnuts. if you go early in the morning theyre not stale."
