"Through the years, this location has been very hit or miss. But since Marcus has been here, they have consistently had great customer service and food! He is always so sweet to my 2 young kids. Service is so much faster now, and all the employees seem happier. Well done, Marcus!!"
"A bagel shop that apparently rations cream cheese. I thought the first half of my bagel was ridiculously light but this second half was a troll job. I can’t imagine that this was a serious attempt to apply cream cheese. I got trolled so be warned that this place may do the same to you. On the bright side, if you love bagels but hate cream cheese, this may be your spot."

"Your manager says this is too much cream cheese for a standard bagel (6/27/22). Seriously? Time for me to find a new bagel shop. Update 8/3/22 Tried again with a very slight improvement. Slight. Employees were nice during the process but this must be some sort of cost-cutting measure by Bruegger’s in Madiera during the recent economic downturn. Although, the Bruegger’s in Blue Ash gives a much more reasonable amount of cream cheese when you order cream cheese and PAY for it. Is the lesson here to the support that Bruegger’s location instead?"
"Negative vibes around whether I ordered one hash brown or two. Staff seems generally frustrated with me. 5 stars to reverse vibes for this morning crew. Update: Bruegger’s corporate cares as much as the employees that helped me at the point of purchase; they reached out and were great! Please remember that the peak time work crew that is serving your bagel are stressed. God bless them for being the ones that show up and put in an honest day of work.
