"I ordered a venti drink then said I need another the same way. I get to the window and the guy hands me one venti and one grande. I said, "didn't I say two venti?" He said, "no, you said grande." I know what I said. I just drove off. I'm not used to customer facing personnel being so contrarian. The drink was fine but obviously too small."

"The service is downright disrespectful. A “why are you even here” attitude. They also mess my order up 80% of the time I go there. Today, my cappuccino was made with water, not milk. And was HALF way filled. This is what I was served this morning."

"My experience at 7896 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236 has been truly discouraging. The attention I received was terrible; The employees showed neither courtesy nor attention to customers, which is unacceptable in any establishment. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg. The most worrying thing is the quality of the products served in this store. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about it. Recently, I bought two watered-down, bad hot coffees that, to be honest, looked more like dirty water than drinkable. To make matters worse, I ordered a chocolate croissant that was clearly past its freshness date; It was so old that it felt hard and tasted stale. This is simply unacceptable. The most frustrating thing is that it seems that the franchisee does not bother to test the products offered in this store before serving them to customers. This shows a lack of concern for quality and customer service. Given this experience, I can't give them even a single star. Frankly, they don't deserve it. I sincerely hope that you take these comments into account and work to improve both the quality of the products and the attitude of your staff. It is unfortunate that quality and good service is being lost in a place that should offer just that."

"I’m really not one to leave a review but this was a joke. I went through the drive through which had ONE car. Waited 10 mins for the car in front of me to order. I pull up & nothing not a I’ll be with you in a moment. After about 7 minutes I said “hello?” & then she immediately took my order. I was told that they out of everything I would order but then a guy comes on a say “we do have oat milk we’re just running low” so I order my brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk. she READS it back to me. I get my order & it’s not what I ordered, not even on the sticker on the cup was right so not sure what she read back to me. I spent over 20 minutes for this trash. Starbucks in general in the past few months has been giving out the worst drinks. Y’all I’ve worked in this industry and it la truly not that hard to just do your job. And yes I was still a nice human & tipped them then went on about my day."

"The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Waited 40 minutes for an online order on my birthday and still never received my drink. Asked twice about it and they just kept telling me that it was being made. Called customer service after my visit for a refund and got hung up on after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. Don't waste your time like I did."
