"Ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with pumpkin foam. It had dairy milk. The girls could have cared less how they were making drinks. So much for my $8 dairy free drink. And no one to call to remedy the situation."
"Waited at least 30 minutes in line. When we finally got to the window it took her at least 5 minutes to hand us our drinks. This would have been fine if they were actively making them, but the drinks were sweaty and the ice was melted, so clearly they had been sitting there already made. I get being busy, but being efficient with drinks when they're already made will get more customers out of the store/line."
"Quick service and friendly staff. I always get 1 of 2 favorites: almond milk vanilla late or almond milk flat white with vanilla. This place is always busy in the drive thru but the wait isn't long. I just wish it was easier to get in and out of this location. It's on a really busy street so that is a bit difficult."
