"They are BEYOND SLOW! Placed a mobile order at 2:47 and I'm writing this at 3:30pm... I just canceled the order becuz this is ridiculous! They have all these drinks sitting out on the counter and no one is picking them up, but they aren't paying attention and letting ppl just touch the lids to try and figure out if it's their drink... It's disgusting! They are still taking walk up orders but are at least 40 mins behind on mobile orders...."
"Worst Starbucks to ever simply exist. The guy with the man bun is extremely rude! Plus I keep ordering the FROZEN mango dragon fruit drink and it’s NEVER FROZEN?! Staff is just flat out RUDE! And there’s always a wait? Get it together"
"We came in to order an iced drink and were not warned about the 35 minute wait to have the order filled. We have been here before when it was packed and there was many hands on deck helping and keeping things moving between mobile and in person orders. Today there were 3 people, one making drinks and two popping out of the back to take an occasional order or tell other customers to go to the Starbucks at Macy's. I felt frustrated for the poor girl making drinks by herself while the other two wandered around not doing much of anything. We learned our lesson we won't be back and will go to another location"
"I know this Starbucks is busy. But, 20 minutes to get two cups of tea? It's hot water with a bag or two added. Granted mine was with honey (which I couldn't taste) and milk (turned out it was more milk than hot water making for cold tea) plus the teabag broke. I threw most of it away. This location is not worth the cost or the wait."
