"Questionable hiring practice's. My Aunt was not given fair chance. Coming through the door as a woman of color. She felt they had already knew they were not going to hire her anyway. She hoped she was wrong. She came in and worked her butt off. But because she was a minority woman of color and possessed a strong devoted work ethic. It was clear many others were struggling to take in such achievement seeing how she came in only to work and not socialize. Very disappointing. Our family and friends always have thought so highly of Cintas."
