"I tried this location again because of convenience, and I much prefer the Eastgate location. There’s a girl with large glasses and a pony tail, and a bad attitude. She forgets straws, salsa, or how to say thank you (or anything at all). If you hate your job so much, quit!"
"Lovely place with lots of different ways to have a smoothie. Fast friendly service. Went through the drive through. We took awhile to order because it was our first time. Five stars for an excellent smoothie and quickness. Will try again soon."
"I ordered an online delivery order that was delivered by door dash. The order was incomplete and we were missing an $8 sandwich. I called the store and the manager refused to make it right… even though the employee who answered the phone even knew what was missing from my order without me telling her. The manager said I ordered though a third party and it needed to be resolved through them. While I understand the nature of the third party piece I also know that a) it is also the responsibility of the restaurant to produce a complete order for pick up and b) that the cost to the restaurant for allowing me to pick up an extra sandwich (or the one that was potentially already made) or to refund me is minimal in the interest of good customer service. Easy decision… no longer a tropical smoothie customer. I am very familiar with the food service industry and can happily patronize another venue."
"Staff was friendly. Check out was quick. Everyone wore masks. Smoothie was delicious. Selection was large. Store was clean. Fit and finish was nice. Even bathrooms are super nice. What's not to like? Pomegranate Plunge is good if you can't decide what you want. Only knock is there are no vegan "food" items. Only smoothies. But that's a corporate thing, not this individual locations fault."
"So happy there is a Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Anderson now. This is a great location. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, the food was great, and the smoothie was even better! I got the chicken quesadilla combo with a berry oat smoothie, and can’t wait to come back! I went inside, but there is a drive thru window that is really convenient."
