"I ordered two of 24oz for delivery but they gave me two of 16oz. I’ve ordered drop in tea a lot before and I know the size of the 24oz one. Also, they gave only one straw, which I don’t think it’s a big deal on this problem but please check again next time and I hope it gets better. Also, please see the sugar level again because one of the drink didn’t come with sugar when we ordered the standard level. This sugar problem didn’t happen only one time, it kept happening whenever I ordered it."
"My daughter ordered and we were waiting there for 30+ minutes. Yes, we were not the only customers there. But the ridiculous serving speed was my first experience ever. We are from NJ. A bunch of similar stores we visited will cost me no more than 10 minutes to wait. I asked my daughter how she felt about it. So-so was the answer.... Staffs were friendly but the service you provided was way beyond slow..."
"I really wanted to like this place :( Ordered the brown sugar milk tea with oat milk and boba through delivery and it came as brown sugar tea with water… no milk of any type was in the drink. Tried calling the store and no reply. Photo attached is after I added in some of my own oat milk so you can imagine how watered down it was originally."
