Dunkin'

"I came here to grab a pick-up order. I asked the lady at the register if I could have a drink holder for my drinks. She said she was too busy, like it doesn't take a second to grab one. They had 1 car in the drive-through and an empty dining room. I just find it super disrespectful. I work in probably the busiest fast food environment in Cincinnati, and even when the lines were wrapped around and out the door, I would never talk to a customer like that; it's literally what you get paid to do."

"worst customer service every single time. they're all lazy and the management is extremely unprofessional. this is not the first time we have been given attitude at this location when the workers make our drinks incorrectly. i ordered a caramel latte, and was given an iced coffee. i told them it was meant to be a latte, they took it, removed the sticker and handed me back the same drink... they thought i was stupid and wouldn't be able to tell what drink i ordered. this is degrading and lazy. we then went inside to correct the drink for the THIRD TIME and the manager gave attitude to no shock. she had no idea what a latte was and wanted to argue about it. i just wanted my drink made right and not be served attitude. won't be returning until they get less lazy and attitude workers. glenway dunkin isn't that much further of a drive"

"This place is okay. Drive thru is great, but the inside ordering is a night mare. I suggest if you have more than 5 people waiting at the end of the bar, you need to pause order taking and get them cleared. An older man and his kid were waiting for their food/drink longer than I was. They also did not call out my drink when it was ready… some people did but the person who handed out my drink did not. It would be great to put a name on inside orders so you can just call a name and m what they ordered. I know it gets busy, but this leaves everyone else less confused and your line moving."

"Kevin is literally the best employee ever. We love him. I would give my life for this man, I’m not even joking. Kevin is always so happy and respectful and he makes the best coffees. I’m considering naming my first born child after him. Kevin is 100% the reason this Dunkin gets 5 stars all around."

"Why do the donuts taste day old and dry? In addition, the breakfast sandwich was served cold. The servers were more focused on getting a tip rather than listening to the customer's order. Although I went inside, I noticed that the drive-thru had 11 cars in a waiting pattern. I only ate half of my donut before throwing it and the cold breakfast sandwich away."
