I visit Dunkin’ EVERYDAY! and literally every encounter I have with him he can never “hear” via the intercom but literally is cutting you off while trying to tell him what I would like to order, I understand people have bad days but this is literally a almost everyday thing something has to give! I’ve also reached out to corporate because it’s not okay even when trying to be nice to him it’s ridiculous if I were the owner I’d be upset if someone was giving my business a bad name. I’ve submitted a picture of the receipt for store location and address"
"I'm a regular customer, weekday mornings on the way to work, coffee and typically a breakfast sandwich. On the weekends coffee and sometimes a breakfast sandwich. This morning, I ordered coffee and breakfast sandwich and when I got to work, found my food was a chared, inedible, mess as you see! Unacceptable and inexcusable. I guess going forward, I'll have to inspect my food before leaving."
