"That one lady in there every time. Needs to be seen by undercover boss. She needs to own some restaurants. And house and a car. She works hard and puts so much love in all of my family sandwiches. Here attitude about work is everything. Greets and works hard for the customers. I travel to get my sandwich from her. Colerain bypass finneytown to buy from her. My sandwiches always have love."
"Running a little rough, as I told them today...towards the end of the lunch rush to be fair. Place was rather a mess, and had to repeat my order a couple times. You know how you automatically ask a question and then forget to listen to the answer? They are trained to ask for your order as soon as they can see you, regardless of how many they are already working. "Hello! I will be right with you!" might be a more realistic opener. They did get it done, and the sandwich was the consistently good quality we expect from Jersey Mike's"

"Rudest staff I have ever encountered. The floor behind the counter was filthy. Went to get some ice for my drink and the machine was empty. I told a employee and he didn't even reply just looked at me like I was the problem. Then I asked another employee for ice and not one of the three employees know how to turn on the ice machine and didn't even attempt to do so. Had to go to another restaurant to get a drink and they told me the cops go to this location all the time and that the employees have thrown food at the customers. I think they don't want to have to do their job. We were going to eat inside but we couldn't because they had all the chairs staked up and not for use, so we ate outside."
