"Rude as hell, dont follow directions and when someone is being leniant and nice to you. You shouldn't take advantage of their kindness by being rude and disrespectful. No apology, no "we've changed our policy", nothing. Just a cold stare down. Not the usual Starbucks at all. Maybe they train differently in a Krogers Starbucks."
