"The management staff, (Bobby and Sara),at this location are super rude. They indicated one thing, then lie straight to your face. They treat their staff horrible and wonder why people don't want to work there. If I could give a negative 5 star review, I would! They need to be reported to the owners or higher ups. Super annoying and they need a class in customer service. In the initial interview they promised $12.50 an hour. Then only paid $10.30 an hour. Then they promised a 15 cent raise, to get you to stay, just to deny that as well.... can you say child labor law! Then they hired a newer girl at a rate of of $11.00 an hour! (And expected the lower paid staff member to train the new person, to do the same job!) Additionally, when we went on for a "courtesy" cup of water, they asked for 25 cents! Come on... really?! Do better!"
"Was fast yo get my order but at the cost of fries being rushed ot something and were not good. Not always a problem but does happen more than it should. Good staff at a busy place during busy hours so I understand. They are prompt which is important at fast food but when ya spending 30 or so to feed 3 people you want it to be completely edible. I wasn't able to eat the fries the way they were. The sandwich was as expected though."
"Not sure how you screw up as bad as this place does. PLAIN IS HARD TO MAKE! Crazy how this place can be amazing and then terrible. You already know why it's bad one day then great the next. To date, your business has taken nearly 100 dollars from me. In a year."
"I definitely expect more for my money. The employees were less than pleasant, and the food was unacceptable. Hard, crusty, gummy, dried out apple pie, and a Mcdouble with a single pickle and single piece of onion. Not worth the price paid."
