"I have had no good experience with Amy’s I keep giving a second chance to them but I’m about done I ordered for my work and the bismallow cream was the one my crew was excited for but it was missing the mallow cream and I know because I’ve came times before and this time looked totally different and I didn’t even receive the s’mores doughnut I had bought this was tonight but a week ago I had came through drive through and ordered a dozen and only received 4 of the doughnuts I asked for and when I got home I called and they said they’d give a call back never did so I called them and they said bring them all in but I couldn’t cause my family had got to them before I woke up but the lady before had told me I would get a refund in the morning every time there is something wrong and the service is bad honestly I would give a zero but the doughnuts when they are correct are good :( I will provide two pictures of the same named doughnuts"

"The people who work in the morning or not the most friendly people at all they barely even come out to greet you or help you get your donuts when you walk in & since you can't get your own you kinda need them! But the young man that works at night is awesome! He always has a smile on his face and is always very polite!!"
"Stopped by to get some donuts and was blown away by the selection. My favorite is the strawberry creme that's like a toaster strudel. Kids loved it and definitely will be back!"
