"Thanks to the Employees for their kindness today. I went to order a 10pk of my Favorite Birthday Cake TIMBITS. And I was at the speaker for a few minutes waiting. I was ok. They apologized for the wait. I ordered and pulled up. Instead of a 10 pack. They gave me 20. And told me I didn't have to pay! Made my day! And their donuts always are fresh!"
"We're on a road trip and I've never even heard of Tim Hortons. My GF talked about it so we went and it is delicious however God forbid we asked for napkins at this one location in Columbus Ohio, the lady screamed from the back of the pickup window "there's napkins in the bag!" We said, "We need some extra" and they just stood staring at us... BTW: we did not have one napkin and either bag! Somebody apparently needs a day off!"
"We were happy to see this place, being out of town. The service was good and everything came to us hot and to order. A little different than back home, but much better friendlier service. We weren't disappointed at all."
