Dunkin'

"Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! I order hot cappuccino every time and intentionally this south indian guy messes up with my coffee. Sometimes he gives raw milk and sugar in a cup with Hot Cappuccino’s order and today he gave original blend in the same cup. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS DUNKIN."

"Been here now a few times placed a drink order on the mobile app for two strawberry dragon fruit refreshers went through the drive-thru wasn't told anything until I went up to the drive-thru window and they told me they don't have it. The service I received was very condescending rude not helpful at all the first young lady that I interacted told me that I would need to come back Monday to get a refund from the manager then another lady with a very even more condescending rude attitude saying it's not my fault don't know what to tell u call corporate number. Then after going inside because they shut the window stop talking to me I was talking to a gentleman that had a problem that did not get his sandwich not trying to complain here but it's ridiculous you shouldn't be able to order something if they don't have it in stock and should be able to receive a refund without a huge hassle."

"I can’t leave a zero star or I would. I’m not paying money to not get my drink. This is what my coffee looked like this morning. I ordered the peppermint mocha latte hot and they barley even put the coffee it’s mainly whipped cream. I have never ever had a problem with Dunkin so I know I will for sure not return to this one. Terrible"

"I usually never write reviews for places but I continue to go to this dunkin since it is closer to my house and everytime I regret it. This morning I went and was shorted a bagel bite, one day they had forgotten my doughnut. 2 times iv gone and gotten someone else’s drink order given to me. I’ll specifically ask for liquid sugar and they will put regular sugar all things that to the workers might not matter but as a customer that asks for something certain that IM paying for it’s frustrating. I go to dunkin about 1/2 times a week and there’s always something wrong atleast one of the times, on top of that some of the staff always has an attitude! I’m either going to start going to the other dunkin down the street or just not go to you guys at all it’s frustrating and definitely makes me not want to give you guys business."

"ordered from the drive thru. asked for a black ice coffee with some syrup flavoring, no dairy as I can't have dairy for certain reasons. When I received my coffee it appeared to to have creamer in it. When I asked the drive thur attendee if their was dairy in the coffee, it was stated to me that their was no dairy in according to the label. I also order a bagel and man that thing was stale as hell. I could have hammered nail with that thing. I understand its fast food, but come on. when you pay for something you would hope it would be correct. Any who, I won't be coming back to this location."
