"This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Took 30 mins to get food. When we received it bagel was hard and our wake up wraps were cold like it had been sitting there the whole time waiting for drinks to be made. Need new works who will work instead of talking to the whole time. Bad customer service."
"My order is made wrong a good 60-65% of the time and I go through a couple times a week. I continue go because I genuinely love the coffee when it’s made right and it’s close to home/work. I went this morning for my usual order that has extra shots of espresso in it. I got it the first time and there wasn’t any espresso (happens very often but I don’t ever have time to go back and have it made correctly). Today I went back through the line to have it corrected and they made it the same exact way again. This location is one of the absolute worst I have ever been to."
"I have gone 3 times and ordered just a glazed donut and drink. The glaze is in the bottom of my bag and I have a warm wet donut and no napkin. You can always tell when it’s a franchised deal. I’ve always liked Dunkin’ but I give up."
