"Stopped in today for the first time. It's a cute coffee shop, just not a lot of standing room when we were in line to order. I got a frozen samoa latte and it was pretty good, could have used a little more espresso. It tasted more like a shake than a coffee drink. I'm rating 3 stars overall due to the poor service. Not once were we greeted or acknowledged. There were at least six people working and not one person said hello or welcome in. We were waiting for about twenty minutes from the time we walked in to the time we got out drinks. One employee was late, announced to everyone he overslept and was carrying on conversations with the other staff instead of jumping in to help the ten or so people waiting to order. The person who took our order, also made the drink, instead of taking the order and letting one of the other employees make the drinks. I think it could definitely be run a little more efficiently. It would also be nice for the staff to at least acknowledge customers when they walk in and/or let them know they'll be right with them."

"Always a great brewed drink and tasty baked goods served quickly and with a smile. Prices are excellent. I stop in every time I have business in Springfield. Barista took a moment to offer a kid their choice of sticker from a sticker book while they waited for Mom's drink-- that kind of attention to people makes a difference."
