"I love this location! The staff is super sweet and friendly, especially to my little girl who has special needs. Kayla always has a positive attitude even though she has to deal with unpleasant customers on a regular basis. I get that people are upset that this location is often out of ingredients to make specific drinks, but that's a Starbucks issue and there is no need to be unkind to the people who work there. Maybe try asking them to make you an alternative, or try something different? It's just coffee people!"
