"I really don't understand it. I will say this as someone who has been here several times and will continue to do so. Why is every other smoothie place garbage in comparison to this place? The smoothies here are night and day when you compare them to places like Smoothie King or any other smoothie joint. Is it the ingredients they use? I'm not sure. But they're so far above the quality of any other place that you'd be a fool to get a smoothie anywhere else but here. Service is always insanely fast (I'm talking a max wait of 2-3min during lunch rush), and I've yet to have a bad food item on the menu. Kudos to the staff here and kudos to corporate for putting together such a fantastic fast food restaurant that I don't feel awful for eating."

"Highly recommend the açaí bowl. The texture is perfect and sorbet-like instead of soupy like most other açaí places, even after DoorDashing it. Also the granola is so good. I used to work at an amazing açaí place in TN and this is the closest resemblance I’ve found in 5 years. Just wish they had almond butter! My husband added peanut butter and loved it."

"The customer service is terrible. No one said hello. When we went to order the lady just stared at us until we spoke. I said good morning, she just kept staring. We have our order and she said “is that it?” And then I said yes, paid and said have a good morning and she never said anything. This new generation of employees is the worst."

"Excellent customer service and delicious smoothie! I was greeted with a smile and asked how she could help me. I ordered the Blimey Limey but without pineapple because I am allergic. She immediately told her co-worker to stop making the smoothie (they are already working on it!!) She then confirmed that I said I was allergic to pineapple, and I said yes, and then she said we take allergies very seriously. I thanked her because I had never had that swift of a reaction before and felt like she truly cared to make sure my smoothie was completely free of pineapple. It was fantastic tasting, too!!! In a location where I was clearly the oldest person (near Wright State) and the associates all being (appeared to be) students, I was treated with a smile and received excellent customer service. The owner of this store should be very proud of these associates! Thank you!"

"I ordered a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap and smoothie with Kale Apple Slaw…so the wrap and the smoothie looked and tasted great…but what in the H*ll is this? The slaw looked nasty and it had a smell…so order this combo often and this is the first time I have encountered this! What’s going on with this place?"
