"This Wendy's is WAY better than the one by my house! The employees are friendly. They actually have Frostys AND baked potatoes available in the evenings. They got our entire order correct, and everything tasted great. Plus, we didn't have to wait forever in the drive-thru to get our food. Way to go, Fairborn Wendy's!"
"This store needs to get it together or go out if business. The food is consistently awful. Today i ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got a breaded one, fries were flat out COLD, ordered two single cheeseburgers, one plain and one with everything. Got the plain one but the other was a jr not a regular one and only had ketchup and onions on it. Out of 3 sandwiches only one was correct. This has been my experience for the last several visits and this is the last time i will go to this location."
"We just came from there this morning. We ordered 7 sandwiches for a family of 6. Only us and one more car. The “manager” took are order. He is absolutely rude, condescending, and down right disrespectful. Zero people skills. Over the speaker you could here another worker say “7? Is that the order” to which he sighed and said “that’s the order.” He scolded me on how to use Apple Pay. Btw is faster everywhere else when you use Apple Pay. Then he told us to pull up. We waited for quite a bit of time. He came out with once again ZERO people skills. Handed us our food with attitude. They are still hiring for a reason. I was going to tell my kids to apply. Nope. No one wants to work with that manager. That’s probably why you guys are still hiring. Get rid of him. Never going to this Wendy’s again."
"I don’t usually rate fast food restaurants but I am this time just to highlight the vast difference between this location and the one on the other side of Fairborn. This one serves up hot fresh sandwiches and fries, and the employees are attentive and efficient. The place across town has been terrible for months now."
