"I have been there 4 times and 3 of those times they have gotten my order wrong. I have stressed that I need oat milk or my day is basically painful. I have told them in detail that this is a health issue and they still keep putting whole milk in my coffee. I gave it 3 stars because it's still very tasty, better than Starbucks but a mile, but I'm frustrated that this location has an attention to detail problem."
"I have been to this location on 3 different occasions and each time I ordered Carmel hot cocoa and a ham sandwich and was pleased. They didnt give any receipt but other than that I will definitely return."

"Biggby coffee is the BEST there is. The various types and flavors are amazing. We get large iced coffee (my favorite is black forest latte) and my daughter loves all the flavored cold brew. We try all the newest flavors. The bagels are tasty and yummy. Love ❤️ our Biggby."
