Waited for 10 minutes as the only person in the store, while the two workers made a bunch of mobile orders that just sat there the entire time. When I finally got to my car, I discovered that they hadn't actually put the milk in and had to go all the way back in to have them make the correct order. Should have taken 3 or 4 minutes, but took 20!"
