"Staff on the day of visit was dedicated to socializing with (presumably) friends ahead of us in line. Not once did the conversation lull between them long enough to recognize the line of customers forming. Once we finally got up to the counter, we placed our order and the barista stated that she didn't know how to make the drink. The drink was not a complex one. We have no plans to visit this location any time in the future."
"Stopped in today. I got a karamel kiss iced latte and my partner got a standard iced caramel latte. Both good. Quality espresso flavor, maybe just a bit too sweet for my taste."

"I can’t understand why people saying the service is bad here... I came for the first time a Sunday morning and everything was excellent... such a sweet staff and especially the lady took my order... I had a hot coffee latte with caramel and cream and it was just the way I want it... nice, warm and cosy coffee place with a good selection of snacks and chocolates also... I was satisfied with everything in this place so I will return for sure soon enough..."
