Starbucks

"Simply terrible! I stopped here on my way to get my oil changed at the Ford dealership. I was not acknowledged for a few minutes . Then my order was taken. Then someone came in behind me and placed their order. They received their order before me. I spoke up after two more mobile orders were filled ahead of me. I was met with attitude and told that she makes them as they come in. So I asked for the manager. It was Conner, the same person who failed to acknowledge me and took my order. I explained to him that several orders were filled ahead of me. He got smug with me and said that it’s only been 6mins and there are mobile orders ahead of me. I told him that was the wrong answer and that the two people behind me were already served. I received no apology, only attitude. They seriously need a lesson in customer service. Also, the coffee was awful. This just reaffirms why I stopped drinking Starbucks coffee."

"Emily is amazing. When I see her making drinks I just know that they are going to be good. Sometimes the weekend crew does not do their best work, but if Emily is there you can bet you're going to walk out satisfied!"

"This is the only Starbucks that I come to daily and my DoorDash order is never ready for pick up by the time it is supposed to be. There is no excuse because the employees all have time to gossip amongst each other while I’m standing there waiting. I’m all for communicating with your coworkers even to make the time fly but if you can’t make drinks and talk at the same time…you need to save your chatting for when you’re not slammed with door dash and other pickup orders. Training opportunity hopefully you take upon yourselves."

"I just want to give Kudos to a new employee (second day on the job) for his patience and attention to the customers. It was very busy when I came in due to it being 1/2 off drink day. Any orders that weren't correct he politely listened to the customer and handled the situation respectfully and calmly. He's a keeper!!"

"I would recommend this location. It's easy to get to. The service was fast. I asked for a recommendation on chai tea, and she was able to help. My drink was very good. I also used the restroom while I was there. It was clean. Overall, my experience was a good one. I would come back to this place. I love Starbucks. I've only been to a few locations. Most of the time, there is a wait, but I did not have that issue here. It has a few tables where you could sit work or read a book or newspaper. They have merchandise you can purchase while you wait as well."
