"I prefer this location than the new one they built in Liberty Township, usually I have a good experience with my orders here but they aren't always consistent. They 50/50 mess up my orders. So it's a toss up if they actually make my drinks correctly, also they are really bad about actually using a milk alternative when you order it, but still charge you. I have a severe intolerance to dairy, so it really is important they use the milk alternative I order but when they don't I end up with the consequences. Please listen better and actually make the drinks as ordered."

"I stopped for donuts to take to work, but apparently 3rd shift didn't show up to make the donuts, so I was limited to only a few options. The loaded hash browns were pretty good though."
"Their cold brew always tastes burnt/bitter... which doesn't make any sense for cold brew. I had to toss my last two coffees. What a waste."
"We waited in line for 22 mins for them to tell us that their ovens were down and we could not order a bagel. A non toasted bagel. You do not need an oven to order a plain non toasted bagel. I attached a photo to support my advice to go to another location."
