"Why is the store so cold? I drive a great distance to Bridgewater location love jcpenney but can't shop like I want to because the store is so cold. Are you having problem with the heat?"
"Well staffed and stock. checkout took awhile but the cashier was very cordial. My wife was shopping for curtains which were many styles and colors to choose from."
"A friend and went shopping at the Bridgewater location. We both found several items each, when we went to check out the price rang up incorrect. When I asked for them to please check the price, I was told that the sale sign was for the next day. When I told the manager that she needed to honor the price since the sign was up and was told no. So we left the store empty handed."
"We purchased a suit jacket three days ago that was on sale and from my understanding in not the best state for a wedding so we got an extra discount on it. It didn’t match the dress pants we had so I tried to return it. When I got to returns, they proceeded to tell me that they had a no tag removal policy on formal wear in order for the return to proceed, however, when the item was purchased, there was no mention of the tag protocol. Now I have a damaged jacket that’s non-returnable. Definitely my last trip to the Bridgewater JCPenney"
