"I now understand why this location isn’t as busy as the others. The drinks are always added with too much milk/water do they’re always diluted. Especially with matcha drinks. The drinks never taste the same and aren’t consistent"
"Ordered a latte but got what tasted like a black coffee. They don't provide sugar or stirrers either to sweeten your drink according to taste. The pina colada slush was nice. So much choice too as the menu is really extensive, they just need staff who have better knowledge of the products so that they can advise accordingly. I asked about a few of the drinks hut the server didn't seem to know much."
"The drinks are pretty decent, but the employees are not particularly kind or helpful. Also incredibly annoying that the employees park constantly in the one space actually reserved for the location. I would think that there should be a rule against that set forth by ownership."

"It's a good bubble tea store! They have a ton of options, so someone a little pickier like me is able to find something to drink. There's milk tea, green tea, slush drinks, yogurt drinks, and more. I'm a little iffy on tea flavors, but I love the grapefruit yogurt tea with bubbles. The service is quick and effective and there's a good amount of seating."
