"Do not make an order with these people. I placed an order on July 20th and was told it would be delivered to me in 2 weeks. It is now October 20th and i have emailed them several times and have gotten no response."
"The worst Customer service I have ever dealt with. They will absolutely NEVER answer the phone and not take responsibility for their wrongdoings. Not only will they never answer the phone during their said business hours, but they don't answer any emails or voicemails left! My big ordered me a couple things from their website with 3 day shipping and it has been over 2 weeks. I do not understand how someone can run a business like this, because its a joke. Incredibly frustrating, DO NOT do business with them!!! Honestly, the one star that I'm giving is way too complementary."
"On 5/11/16 I visited the Alpha House and paid for a jacket to have lettering put on it. The jacket was purchased from another establishment called Semesters. On 6/8/16 I sent a email to Paige Wood the owner requesting a completion date, and she responded that the shop went on a vacation (which was not communicated to customers) however the jacket would be completed soon. I then sent another email on 7/7/16, asking the same question about a completion date; I got no response. I then sent another email on 8/5/16 asking whether or not the jacket had even been started on and if it had not, I wanted my jacket and money back. There was no response to this email either. I have called and visited the shop in between these emails, and my phone calls have not been returned nor has the shop been open. She has responded to one email, and that's it. They never answer the phone, and when you visit their shop, they aren't even open for the days they have posted on the paper in their window! If you go to their website, they have not updated their summer hours, so driving out there is a waste of time. This has been the most terrible experience I have ever had when ordering something. I have talked with others who have dropped off their products BEFORE MAY, and they still haven't heard from her or received their products! What makes it worse is that not only does she have my money in full but she also has my merchandise which was not purchased from her! DO NOT SHOP HERE, AND MOST DEFINETELY DONT HAVE ANYTHING ORDERED FROM HERE!!!! FYI I ONLY GAVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE GOOGLE MAKES YOU IN ORDER TO POST YOUR REVIEW, OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN THIS PLACE ANYTHING!!"
