"Perfect customized service! The specially designed wheels can carry an overweight person like me, plus a super heavy laptop and a pile of books, over potholes and bumps in the ground without any problems. The model they recommended is also very good. It runs very fast and effortlessly on flat ground, just a bit difficult to go uphill. Really should have bought it 2 years ago."

"We made a trek (pun intended) up to BikeWise from Louisville to pickup a Trek bike we couldn’t find locally. When we arrive the bike was ready and waiting, as anticipated. The team at BikeWise was patient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire experience. In the process, we ended up coming home with two bikes - a second for our 9 year old.
