But, a friend and I went there an hour before close tonight to work on a midterm assignment for college, and Pam made the experience so enjoyable. She is incredibly kind, even serving us water unprompted and continued random acts of kindness toward us throughout our time there. She is an absolute sweetheart(:"
"Service was great, but something went wrong with the coffee. I got a black iced coffee with a shot of vanilla syrup. It tastes like cough syrup. Truly was undrinkable. It burned our throats in a chemically kind of way. The working theory is that this location's syrups might have gone bad. Never had a Tim Hortons experience like this before."
"In Canada, Timmy's is nearly always a well-oiled machine. Here in Ohio, it can be pretty hot or miss. The Marysville location has been my personal favorite since 2015. I have always felt like the staff has been pleasant at this location and customer service here has reminded me of my visits to Timmy's in Alberta, Canada. Keep up the good work ☺️"
