"My dress I bought at Emmy's was beautiful and dirt cheap for this high end designer gown that would normally cost much more. The problem was that no one helped us look for a gown. We had to go flipping through all of the dresses ourselves. They only had 6 dresses in my exact size. So if you're plus size, hopefully you're not too picky. At least they told us where their plus size section of the store was, but this store is no Say Yes To The Dress caliber. The cashier who rung us up also wasn't very personable."

"Went in on Sunday afternoon, very busy, but very well staffed! Staff were real very attentive and helpful, even bringing dresses they felt would look good, which ended up being the dress we bought! So thank you for helping us buy our final prom dress for my Senior!"

"Ordered a suit/tux a couple of months ago for a wedding today. Got the outfit just a couple of days before the actual wedding, but was told we would get it in time so if anything needed to be changed, they would do it. That obviously didn’t happen. My pants were about two or 3 inches too short, my shirt was extremely large and the only thing that really fit correctly was the jacket. Not sure how they measure folks but my suit looked hideous in my opinion and I was quite uncomfortable! I would say stay away from these folks. For a lot of folks they are the “only game in town” but considering $190 to rent a suit I can buy one as nice for about $100 more and be guaranteed to fit and able to use multiple times from the Men’s Warehouse. Your business has three jobs, and only three jobs, 1. Customer Service, 2. Take accurate measurements, 3. Deliver the final product to meet or exceed expectation of the customer. You failed at all three!"

"I ordered a tux only to have it to look like something from the Tommy Boy collection. Fat guy in a little suit. I'm 6' and 270 lbs. When I ordered the tux for my wedding I stressed it is hard to make a fat guy look good. I was assured they would do this and tool measurements My shirt collar will fit a Kleisdale horse and my jacket is 4" to small and won't button. All of this 3 days prior to my wedding. I could have done this much from Amazon. Don't waste your time or money."

"I had a wonderful experience today finding my MOG gown at Emmy's Bridal. Anne assisted me and she could not have been any nicer. She was patient, pulled many gowns for me to try and gave me honest opinions. Emmy's has a extensive selection to choose from. Very laid back and relaxed shop. No high pressure and just a joy to shop there. Would highly recommend!"
