"This is the 2nd time this has happened with 1 week, once at 6:35 pm and yesterday at 6:45 pm claiming that can't serve anything because they have begun the cleaning process, they close at 7 pm. I called asking for corporate phone number, the woman that answered wouldn't give the number and basically told me off. Within 2 minutes they called me back saying this is corporate, the same number i just dialed really? With giggles in the background. I said this is not corporate & her response... why you so mad? The service has gone down hill at this location & would highly recommend going elsewhere for coffee."
