"Placed an order 11/18/22 for 3 items. 2/3 items didn’t come until mid March. I was told I could cancel and be refunded for the third item that wasnt ready for pickup yet. When I called a couple weeks later to cancel and be refunded I was no longer able to because it’s a “custom item”. It took them 4 months to get my items (which I now have no use for!) and offered no resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."
"I came in to get a firefighters class A uniform for a funeral that was a few days away from my departments Asst. chief that passed away from Covid. I did call ahead and told them I wanted to if I could get one as soon as possible and when I walked in, Beth helped me with finding the right sizes I needed. All within a few hours, they were able to get my patches sewed on to everything I needed to my size. I am very glad that I went here for my Class A uniform and I recommend others to go here for how flexible they were with me."
"Alyssa was wonderful and helped me order shirts for my husband by phone and have them shipped directly to my home. He had used Superior for company orders and loved their oxford button down shirts! They are extremely difficult to find in his size in regular stores as he wears a tall. Now I have a go to place for his shirts!!"
