"I ordered my food through the tropical smoothie app 2/5/24, door dash picked my order up and delivered it to the wrong address because they had a double order. I had to contact door dash and tropical smoothie MULTIPLE TIMES. Door dash refunded my money back to tropical smoothie, tropical smoothie told me I had to wait until the manager got to it. I then was able to speak with the manager and she told me I had to wait to a higher up manager get to it. Then I was told, they had to request a refund for my money. I was then told they couldn’t do it cause it was over $20. Then was told they were able to do it, but something is wrong with their refund system and I have to wait until it’s fixed in order for me to get my money back. It is now 2/17/24 and I’m still waiting for my refund of $24.86 to be sent back to my Apple Pay."
"They messed up my smoothie it was so horrible. Called talk to the manager told me to come in the next day. I just left from there and my smoothie is still messed up watery this time. The first time it was chunky how can you mess up a smoothie"
"Girl with messy hair and clear fake lashes was incredibly rude to me. I just came in for a birthday drink and she seemed so irritated to help and like she didn't want to be there at all. Get a different job if this place makes you that miserable."
"Paid extra for additional sauce, which we didn't receive. Both "chicken" wraps were really heavy on the rice and lettuce, and really low on any chicken. But the real star of the show was the six dollar chicken quesadilla. I mean come on, its kind of pricey, I should at least get chicken and cheese on all the cold peices. 2 stars because the smoothie was good."
