"One of the rudest Starbucks experiences I've ever had. The cashier who made one of my familes drink was rude, argumentative and rolled her eyes when our drink was made wrong. We requested an iced drink and she made it as a hot drink, she simply took that drink and poured into a cup over ice and then started arguing when we politely asked to remake it."
