"Girl with glasses was pretty rude today. I've been coming to this location specifically for many years as it's the closest one to me, and all the employees are usually kind. This new girl, glasses, hair up, high pitched voice, always sort of had an attitude I ignored. Didn't look at me, say have a good day, or even say "you're welcome" when I thanked her; nothing at all. Instead, turned to her coworker and immediately started to complain how she was there since 1 all by herself. It's not a huge issue, but it's super annoying considering the old employees used to be super kind and talkative with me."

"Made my order online, yes it was customized but damn JADE threw the cup that she messed up into the sink when I politely tried to correct the mistake before they had to remake the whole drink. Instead she gives the order to her coworker who was an absolute sweetheart who happily mafe the drink correctly. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service at Starbucks I have ever received. If she's working I'll cancel my order and go elsewhere. Just disgusting."
"Bethany and Jade are rockstar status. Knocked out my order of 11 drinks in a matter of just a few minutes and it was flawless. Even helped me carry the order to my car in the cold. As someone who prides themselves on customer service in my own profession. This was top notch. Cheers!"
