If anything you buy falls short of those standards, you're invited to return it at any time." If in the event a $300 coat has never fit me right and you correct said fitment on newer models and then don't allow an exchange. I tell ya I don't know what to feel right now. I have used your products for years. I am an athlete and travel all over. Nothing but praise from me since my first positive experience with your guide pants back in 2013... Now I am entirely rethinking our relationship and am very disappointed in your local stores cooperation. With or trip to Iceland now up in 3 days I doubt anything will happen and I will be forced to purchase a new jacket that fits right from a competitor.. maybe Patagonia they seem to have always upheld their warranty."
