"I've been to several Krispy Kremes, and this one in Toledo, Ohio on Secore, is definitely number ONE! Nayla was OUTSTANDING when it came to customer service!! She was polite and patient for customers like me who can't decide, lol. 5 stars for you to Nayla!! Every worker was busy doing their jobs, and the place was exceptionally clean!! Management is definitely doing their jobs here! Oh, and of course,the doughnuts were fresh off the press."
"Went on 6/2 at 7:45 for national donut day I ordered 6 strawberry, 2 blueberry cake, 2 birthday cake, 2 jelly filled and clearly didn’t get anything close. Not to mention all of the donuts were hard and not up to KK standard. Whoever the lady was at the drive thru (no name tag) clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Had to spell out my order and when I got to the window she didn’t know what my order was. Refused to give our strawberry donuts that we could see sitting right inside the window. Love Krispy Kreme but employee experience needs to change."
