"The worst employees. I went yesterday, no body greeted me or told me about the offers even though there were no customers there except me. I asked 3 employees to let me use the fitting rooms but they pretended they are busy doing nothing! After 3 attempts of asking them to open the fitting room they finally did it! This attitude may be because I’m not white enough! When I left I saw them greeting white lady and told her about the offers and everything. Shame on you"

"The quality of the products that I've been getting at the pink store are terrible this is the second time I've washed these underwear and the detail on the back has come off on half of the panties.. colors fade so quickly on panties. Also I tried to exchange a $14.50 pair of underwear and they were only going to give me $3.50 for it because it was a little bit past the return window even though I had my receipt.. I've spent hundreds if not thousands at this store and I don't think I will be going here anymore it's not worth it anymore quality is terrible at pink!!!"

"At the Franklin Park Mall location,, the fitting rooms were filthy and I was there at 11AM. All kinds of lint and small bits of paper, some sort of liquid had been spilled (maybe a soda) and had enough time to dry - leaving 2 large sticky areas on the floor. Nobody cleaned it up? They don't sweep or vacuum the store? They would NOT allow the dressing rooms to be used at all for months due to COVID-19 safety/cleanliness but clearly they don't clean anything anyways. Gross."

"I understand that right now with things being the way they are economically, stuff is going to be hit-or-miss. When we walked into Victoria's Secrets we were greeted by a very nice young lady (whose name I did not catch a course), and she was able to help us out right away. That being said, the rest of the staff was far less than helpful. My sister asked if there was dressing rooms, to which a young lady in the back (who did not even greet her) said yes we have dressing rooms and then proceeded to ignore her. When we were ready to go in and try things on three staff members in the back proceeded to ignore us as we stood waiting at the dressing area. My sister had to go get another staff member, who seemed pretty perturbed that she had to do it, to come let us in. As both my sister and I have worked in the customer service field, we both know what is acceptable and what is not. Thankfully they had that young lady that was at the front of the store. She was able to check us out and my sister did mention the rudeness of the staff. That young lady apologized profusely, which was not something she needed to do, and is probably the only reason why my sister and I may go back there. This would have been lost stars, but I found everything I needed, the prices were decent, and I got fitted. My sister was able to find what she needed as well."
