"I’ve always loved purchasing A&F clothes. The quality is top-of-the-line. However, the customer service has not been good at all lately. I've been in customer service for a long time and this location is not meeting the minimum requirements. No one speaks to you. If you ask for help, staff members will send you looking for someone else in the store, or they have an attitude. No one really asks if you need any other sizes while you're trying things on. I even ordered something online and called several times to check on my order. A woman had me on hold for over 20 mins, and then a man picked up the phone (by accident) and apologized for the inconvenience. He ended up telling me that my order wasn't ready so I just ended up canceling it. The sad part is there are normally at least four employees roaming around the sales floor."
"Even though I’m 34 I think Abercrombie was the best back in 2007 when I graduated high school the polos I just feel like they got cheaper but I completely get it. I miss the old jeans and everything but I heard a rumor they might be coming back that would be awesome."
