"This place is a disgrace do not go there there cobra machine is rigged , I played high amount and it does not pay out what it is saposed to when you hit at the amount you are playing . I hope this place is legit business wise , because they literally messed with the wrong Pierson.I hope they have a permit to be open 24 hours as I have pictures and proff to go with what I’m saying . Im glad I have family that’s on the city council. I will be forwarding my information as well . I will make sure he gets shut down again , he has previously been shut down before for embezzling money . He is the new owner of the former lucky dog . I will not stop until I get this place shut down or get my money that is owed to me , not my fault thta the machine is rigged , I also told the employee and he didn’t help me with the issue as he said well he just bought the place . So it’s ok to not fix a machine that is malfunction. I was playing high I know what I should have won , never had this problem before at the one on alexis. If you’re looking for a great honest place I suggest you go to the one on alexis and bennit great atmosphere and honest , i have never had a problem in two years of going there . I will get this place shut down"
"Went there Monday night little after 6 pm. Stood up at window for awhile, lady sitting in back on her phone said something, but I couldn't hear what. Wouldn't come out and help me or repeat what she said so I could understand her. Employee was eating any wiping stuff down, but she didn't come over either. after about 5 min. a black gentleman came in and the employee started to walk over. I commented " oh you don't wait on white people here. Still no response except the employee turned around, left office and didn't wait on either of us. Went to another internet cafe. Too many in town, to give my money where not appreciated."
