"Had a horrible experiece in this Starbucks. Not just their espresso machine was down but they did not make my drink right! I addressed the barista TWICE about it, even pulled out the picture of the drink on the Starbuck app and she ignored me, only said to me that the drink was made like that, when I know it's NOT because I order it all the time! She was very rude and lacked customer service. We all know Starbucks drinks are not cheap at all, so if I am paying $7 for a drink, I expect it to be the right order!"
