I recently ordered some shoes online and went to the physical store after where I found several pieces that would work for my wardrobe . The cashier was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back"
"Terrible customer service! I returned a jacket unworn with the original receipt yesterday. The cashier asked for the phone number on file when i made the purchase. I was rudely informed she would allow the return this time without a phone number. What is the purpose in a receipt? She asked if I wanted to give an email address i said no. She said it was required for the return so i made up one. Wont be shopping here again ever and ill be contacting corporate."
"Girl at the register was unbelievably cold and rude. Didn't say a word to me as I handed her my items or when I had left. She gave off an aire of being bothered and inconvenienced. Look, I understand we all have our days, but it wasn't even busy and there was just no good reason to be treating someone that way. Might have been high honestly. Knocked over the hand held scanner like three times and seemed slow or delayed in reacting to what was going on around her."
"Took my Daughtter here to spend her money. They had some awesome deals! For less than $30.00, my Daughter left with 2 shirts and a pair of new shoes. They have a great selection of clothing for both men and women. This is a good place to go when shopping on a budget!"
"Today I spent $100 fast which is fine because it's my daughter's favorite store. I saw a bunch of space jam theme clothes in front and grabbed some things. They had 1 pair of space jam shorts in a xsmall and the workers their told me I couldn't buy them because they was on a Mannequin and I would have to come back the following day to purchase. In my 14yrs as a manager in retail we would NEVER turn down a sale. I was not only going to buy the shorts but the Hoodie and shirt to match. Add that up, that was a good sale they lost. I will not return to that store."
