"I'll start by saying that I've been a Bigbby customer for a very long time. I've been going to this location for years. I don't buy drinks very often, but I religiously get my coffee grounds from here. For the last several months though whenever I go to pick up coffee grounds from this location, they're always completely out. So I then have to drive across town to another location even further away from my house to get coffee. I worked inventory management for a long time, so I get shortages happen, but clearly other locations don't have a problem keeping their stock of coffee grounds replenished, why can't this store keep up? On a positive note, every time I go in here, the employees are always very friendly and eager to help me. The last time I asked about coffee grounds, the two young ladies literally searched the entire store and every cabinet to make sure there wasn't a box tucked away somewhere. So I do appreciate them."

"This location couldn't have a better staff ♡ I love coming in here because the atmosphere is so inviting. All my drinks taste amazing and Emily is THE BEST!!! She goes out of her way to make cute flowers on my cold brew and actually make conversation! AND she remembers my order!! ^_^ thank you all!!"
