"They have workers with some of the best customer service"
"Bought 2 toys at Goodwill and was told by the cashier that if they didn't work we could return them Took them back because they didn't work. Well they manager said it was against there policy to take anything back but clothes. Why?? Do they know they don't work and that is why they don't want them back. Sorry if you pay $5 for a toy they should be returned. You know they don't test them. So don't buy anything electrical at Goodwill because they won't guarantee them. But why do they let you return clothes because I would think that would be so un healthy. Also the manager needs to learn customer service. She was so unprofessional. Very Rude"
