"I ordered a varsity coat which they had on-hand on 6/10/23. It's now 10/11/2023, yes 4 months later and still no coat. It took over 4 weeks for the artwork so I approved that on 7/13/2023. I was told they were 4 weeks out so I expected it mid August. I called at the end of August and it was in production. Called 2 weeks later, still in production, same response since. Last communication on 10/3/2023 it was still in the embroidery shop but they were out of thread. They will email when it's done. I'm now hoping to have it by Christmas since 1st day of school is out of the question. This is crazy.....I'd give 0 stars but that is not an option. I'd also add a photo but I don't have it yet-4 months in. Great disappointment!"
"Extremely slow at getting orders done they have zero problem taking money right away but take their sweet time to get a shirt and sweatshirt done. I have been waiting over 2 weeks since I put my order in. If you want shirts made up at a fast affordable price go see Arica from the swick shop she is the best"
