Dunkin’

"Came through on 2/5 went in an ordered on the kiosk. Had vanilla in one drink, cream and sugar in the other. They just gave it to me black. I had to go to a gas station and buy condiments. Kinda defeats the purpose. You'd think for 7 bucks I could have it right. Mistakes happen, but they didn't even answer the phone for me to get a credit for next time."

"If I could give a - star I would. 2nd experience w/ this Dunkins in Wapakoneta Ohio that has proven terrible. The first time was a month ago in the morning only to find they had only a 1/4 sheet of cake donuts to sell and ran out of bread to make sanwhiches. Nothing else. Today 2/3/24 we placed an online (Sizeable) sandwhich and drink order $30+ dollars, only to discover upon arrival that nothing from our order was made from 1 hour prior to placing. 3 egg sandwhiches, 2 donuts, 2 drinks. The young lady said they had ran out of eggs and couldnt make. 3 teenage kids working with no manager. Pitifull. Should have called to alert us the order couldnt be filled before driving the long distance. Everyone at the store is responsible for this mele. Will be in contact w/ management."

"Went through the drive through this morning and ordered our food and coffee. We saw on the screen that there was a Pepsi that we hadn't ordered and the girl on the headset said it was from the previous order. We ordered a couple more items but the Pepsi was still included in our total on the screen. My wife said something about it for the second time and the girl snapped back at her saying "Well it's not on my screen so don't worry about it!" So I told her we didn't need her attitude and we left. They've always been pretty slow which hasn't ever been a big deal but you can't be slow and rude. Terrible service. This was at 8:55am today if any management would like to retrain whoever was on the mic."

"Ok maybe I'm out of touch but because they go by Dunkin now does that mean donuts are a novelty? I don't drink frue frue coffee so I went for donuts. At least that's what I thought. The store had three options. One case with not much room for very many options. So, now that I'm educated. I will avoid a shop that no longer can decide if they are a donut shop or a Starbucks wannabe. Oh yes the service was not very good and the young lady that was kind enough to help us, didn't listen to our order and I had to repeat it three separate times. Atmosphere? My bathroom is bigger than this place. I think my bathroom has more atmosphere."
