"my drink is always wrong even though i order it the same way every single time, and it’s always made incorrectly in different ways. ordered it iced today and it came hot and only half full. last time i ordered it the drink only came with one of the two syrups i asked for and i had to put my own syrup in. very disappointing. would rather drive 30 minutes away and go to defiance to get my drink as i’ve never had issues at that location."

"The beverage was ok. What I spent on a medium Chia tea I could of had a full meal. Plus added on a tip. I think Starbucks is better priced and better sugar free options."

"The young women who work this store do a great job, they’re always very friendly, but the service is very slow and the coffee has a burnt flavor to it. The cost is much too high for a burnt cup of coffee, and the baristas hand you a pinpad asking for a tip upon checkout at the drive thru. It makes me really uncomfortable as a customer to have to decline to tip every time I visit; why would I tip in drive thru? Pay your employees a proper wage, it’s not my job as a customer to pay their wage."

"Nice little Biggby coffee right here in Bryan. Any time I've went the Barista at the window was friendly. I've never felt like I was waiting too long for my order. There's a couple areas on the outside of the building that could use some care, but for the most part it's an organized and clean establishment from what I can tell."

"Often, after opening a new location, it can take a while for a coffee house's staff to work on their skill, service, and drink making but I felt like it has been long enough to leave an accurate review. It's too slow, only 15% of the coffies taste right the first time, and there have only been a few times I've been served by a barista that presents themselves like they have experience. This location tends to average 6 min a drink starting when you pull up to the window (after placing your order) when busy. When there's no one in line it takes on average 10 min a drink from after finishing your order to the end of service. With many years of fast food and barista experience I can say this is way too long for just a cup of coffee; especially for a drive through location. Unfortunately most of the coffies I drive away with don't taste right. I've been drinking biggby for 12 years and still visit multiple locations regularly. This location still averages on the bottom when looking at finished drinks. Often the flavors are lacking and it tastes like milk and the expresso sat too long and got bitter. Even worse, as a drive through you expect to be in and out at a reasonable time and when busy it is difficult and time consuming to get your order corrected; I regularly find myself in this scenario. As such I find it even more important and critical for a drive through location such as this to get it right more often and especially the first time. Lastly, having ordered many coffies over the years, I find most of these baristas lacking experience. They often don't know the basic terms or are confused when I use biggby terms for drink sizes; they don't often provide good recommendations; and the way the drinks fall short tells me the baristas are still working on their drink skills. I will say I've appreciated their cooperation and patience when I have returned a drink, but I can hear them through the building walls and see them cop an attitude from time to time which doesn't help me feel better after such a situation."
